Tasting note

With seven generations of distilling history, the name Jim Beam has become synonymous with Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The white label pours a golden amber colour and offers aromas of light floral, citrus, spice and creamed corn. The palate is medium-bodied with flavours vanilla and caramel followed by a clean finish.

Jim Beam® White is the #1 selling bourbon in the world. It is aged a minimum of four years, at least two years longer than the law requires for Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Jim Beam is a medium-bodied, copper in color bourbon. With touches of minerals, dried herbs, nutmeg and dried citrus it becomes tight on the palate, it displays plenty of spice with its brisk, refreshing style.

The palate opens sweet, with light caramel and vanilla flavours and, later, a slight woody char. The finish is long, crisp, and clean.
