Tasting note

Castle Brands is one of the few small public companies in the global beverage alcohol industry. Triple distilled and aged in ex-bourbon casks, this is pale straw in hue with a gently whiskey barrel, bourbon nose with malty spice notes. Polished and focussed on the palate with flavours of nougat, citrus and flan, this is a flavourful whiskey with plenty of pleasing tastes in a medium body.
