Dark brown colour. Brown sugar nose with hints of caramel and maple/honey. Smooth, with a hint of caramel in the finish.
Aromas of brown sugar, molasses, heavy island spices and dried fruits. Warm blend of spice, fruit and oak. A pleasant initial sweetness then reveals the complex mix of island flavours. Dry and subtle oak finish.
