Tasting note

Produced with hand harvested sugar cane in small batches; distilled in alambique potstills and finished in Cognac casks creating a flavourful, complex and smooth spirit. Filled with pleasant layers of fruit and spice, reminiscent of vanilla and crème brulee.

Taste There is certain woody dryness upfront which quickly blossoms into a sweet, pleasantly warm sugary taste with some yeast and fruit flavours. Aftertaste Leblon Cachaça leaves a long, coating aftertaste with a pleasing nip of citrus fruit and a little vanilla to smoothen the finish.
