Tasting note

Notes of smoke and smoked meat are notorious for quality Mezcal, this note comes from the roasting of the Piñas. This flavourful offering pours water white and is aromatic with earthy and vegetal agave aromas; the palate is balanced with vegetal flavours and salty character followed by a long smoky finish.
