Bright, clear water-white colour; on the nose are subtle aromas of butterscotch, vanilla, banana, lemon and mint; on the palate it is full bodied and warm, with a streak of acidity; the flavours are subtle, with mild notes of lemon zest and mint.

Clean and aromatic, Mount Gay Eclipse Silver offers a balanced, mellow harmony of sugarcane syrup and banana, infused with notes of peppermint and citrus. Its finish is soft and lingering.
