Tasting note

In this glass is a liquid that shines a medium copper colour, with pleasantly sweet and spicy aromatics. On the palate it is smooth and gently warm, with flavour notes of caramel, butterscotch, toasted pecan, dried apricot, nutmeg, grated ginger and cinnamon. The finish is clean and soft, with lingering candied flavours.
