Tasting note

Bright, clear water-white colour; subtle aromas of cream of wheat, white flower and pepper; on the palate it is full bodied and hot, with gentle flavours of lemon pith, sweet cream, white peppercorns and faint aniseed that finishes clean.

Notes by Davin de Kergommeaux Nose: Clean, loads of grain, huge, spirit, slight maltiness, cereal, Weetabix, hints of violets, Palate: Sweet, creamy, some sourness, lots of hot white pepper, some citrus notes, bitter black licorice, hints of clean dry grain, some vegetal notes in the finish, really quite rich Finish: medium, peppery with hints of green vegetables then fades to absolutely nothing.
