Tasting note

Medium amber colour; a medley of spice aromas, including subtle cinnamon and nutmeg, with hints of toasty oak, toffee, chocolate and vanilla; dry, medium to full bodied, richly textured, with balanced flavours of warm sweet spiced fruit, oak, caramel and hints of nut and oak, leading to warm peppery note on the long finish.

Sailor Jerry is based on the kind of rums that sailors used to create by infusing on-board stocks of rum with spices. Sailor Jerry rum is distilled in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

You'll sense vanilla first and foremost, but take a few more nosefuls and you'll note dry buttery toffee and a touch of cinnamon. Rich vanilla tones with warm hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. We're extremely proud of the finish long and dry with a balance of subdued sweetness and a hint of toasted toffee.
