Tasting note

Medium amber colour; a medley of spice aromas, including subtle cinnamon and nutmeg, with hints of toasty oak, toffee, chocolate and vanilla; dry, medium to full bodied, richly textured, with balanced flavours of warm sweet spiced fruit, oak, caramel and hints of nut and oak, leading to warm peppery note on the long finish.

Sailor Jerry is based on the kind of rums that sailors used to create by infusing on-board stocks of rum with spices. Sailor Jerry rum is distilled in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Nose: Intense vanilla, dry buttery toffee and subtle cinnamon notes Taste: Warm spices of cinnamon and nutmeg with rich vanilla. A long dry finish balanced with a subdued sweetness and a hint of burnt toffee

This rum is based on Sailor Jerry Collins, the famous tattoo artist of the 1920s. His distinctive designs include the iconic Hula Girl represented on the label. The rum bearing his name is a high-proof, island-style dark rum spiced with a deliciously intense flavour, a splash of vanilla, lime and a hint of cherry.
