Tasting note

SAINT JAMES Royal Amber has the richness of a dark rum and the freshness of a pure cane white rum. Aged in oak casks for 18 to 24 months, clear and glittering, it releases aromas of flowers (carnation) and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) and reveals all the notes typical of its ageing (wood, vanilla, grilled hazelnuts). Lovers of exotic flavours will particularly appreciate it as an ingredient for a Planter's cocktail.
