Tasting note

Golden amber colour; soft heather, cereal, honey, sweet spice and a citrus peel note on the nose;

Aromas of toffee, roasted nuts and spices. Flavours of citrus, raisins and a hint of honey. Smooth and slightly drying with a long, peppery finish.

Perfectly balanced, naturally rich and smooth. The flavour is fruity (combinations of citrus and raisins), sweet (vanilla with a hint of honey), hint of liquorice and subtle wood flavour. The finish is smooth with a pleasant blackcurrant aftertaste.

Aromas of toffee, roasted nut and spice aromas. Some soft fragrant notes too; scented leather, sandalwood and vanilla. The Palate is fresh, spicy then soft and pleasantly sweet throughout. Fruity with citrus and raisins, then vanilla and a hint of honey with just a trace of wood. The finish is creamy smooth and slightly drying with a long peppery fade.
