Tasting note

The coming of spring brings in the year's first harvest: maple syrup. Sugar shacks will be opening and the sap running this March. Bring the fun home with a bottle of Sortilege Prestige, a uniquely Canadian blend of 100 per cent rye whisky aged seven years in white oak barrels mixed with first run Quebec maple syrup (category one, extra clear, considered the finest).
