Tasting note

Single barrel and individually numbered bottles add to the unique character of this 100% Canadian barley dram. It pours a brilliant honey/gold and offers aromas of cereal, toffee, and dried citrus peel; the palate is medium-bodied and warming with complex tropical notes followed by a lingering and spicy finish.

On the nose it is lightly floral with honeysuckle. The taste is very smooth, slighly sweet, white grapes and a hint of honeydew melon. The finish is medium and lightly spicy.
