Tasting note

Medium amber colour; aromas of pecan pie, maple syrup, cinnamon and dried apricots; medium-intensity with flavours of toffee, candied pecans and maple syrup.

Aged in ex-bourbon barrels and blended with Grade 1 Light Canadian maple syrup.

This small batch whiskey is a marriage of two purely Canadian flavours: rye and maple. The rustic, authentic character of cask aged 3, 5 and 7 year old rye is complemented by rich maple notes from real frist run Maple Syrup from Quebec. Perfectly balanced and smooth!
