Lengthy aging in Gonzalez Byass sherry butts produce a bold and robust expressive whiskey; aromas of dried apricots, orange, dark chocolate and caramel; full-bodied with more flavours of dark chocolate, candied citrus peel and rich toffee notes; warming and robust with a long finish.
