Tasting note

Bright medium gold; on the nose, a light smoky note followed by butterscotch, dried fruits, toasted oak and black pepper; light-bodied, with a dry initial impression, reinforced by the sharp tang of peat smoke; honeyed sweetness and flavours of tree fruit and caramel build from the mid-palate to a long, warm finish.

Slightly sweet with a full peaty character. Finish: Long, full, warm finish.
