Tasting note

Clear, pale golden straw. Malty pita bread with white fruit, hints of subtle peatiness and floral honeysuckle. Malty toasted bread, succulent pear and crisp apple fruit with just enough charcoal and peaty smokiness and dry nutty wood. More dry nutty notes emerge with subtle lingering peat smoke. Wonderfully rounded and flavourful.
