Tasting note

A selection of the Oloroso casks and aging for at least 12 years results in this fragrant dram which offers aromas of ripe bananas and mango followed by barley sugar, sherry and orange. A mellow palate reveals complex flavours of citrus, hay, chocolate, prune and burnt brown sugar which replay on the long/elegant finish.
