Tasting note

The colour is a bright yellow gold; very fragrant on the nose, with notes of baking spice, toasted grain and cooked fruit. Smooth and sweet, with yeasty and vinous flavours leading to a finish that sees oaky notes in the foreground. The finish is warm and spirity?with a well-defined attack of alcohol.
