Tasting note

On the nose notes of allspice, ginger, nutmeg, clove, anise and orange peel balance well with oak, char & caramel. Complexity follows through on the palate with a rich and full-bodied structure. Initially, warm, sweet and floral characters are apparent, followed by rye-spice and mint which develop into finishing characteristics of butterscotch and dark chocolate. The whiskey finishes crisp and creamy, with lingering butterscotch. The front palate holds out with warmth and length.
