Tasting note

Aged in new white oak barrels. The bourbon draws a great deal of colour and flavour from the new barrel with vanilla and caramel the main characteristics. Wild Turkey uses barrels with the heaviest deep-layered char, which lends Wild Turkey its signature flavour and deep russet colour.
