Tasting note

Selected as the Official Bourbon of the Kentucky Derby and the historic Churchill Downs this thoroughbred races into the glass a medium amber colour. You'll be met with aromas of sweet vanilla, apricot, caramel and spice; soft and quite rounded with delicate vanilla and caramel flavours followed by a long complex finish.

Nose: Strong, powerful vanilla overlays a rich fruit medley, with mint, sweet cocoa, and a dash of black pepper spice. Taste: Rich, rounded and smooth, with complex hints of mint, tobacco, leather, and fruit. Toffee and spice notes abound. Finish: Smooth, long, spicy, and warming, but with a noticeable absence of heat.
