Tasting note

Brilliant pale yellow with a green hue; pronounced aromas of grapefruit, grass and gooseberry; on the palate it is medium bodied and crisp, with flavours of green apple, melon and zesty lime on a clean and refreshing finish.

A Clean and clear light greenish-yellow in color with a highly complex nose. Aromas of boxwood and herbs meld with lim and citrusy grapefruit notes. The boxwood and grapefruit reemerge on the palate and underscore the wines freshness, balanced acidity, and good volume.
