Tasting note

... made up of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 25% Cabernet Franc with the same elevage as the 2005. It exhibits a similar aromatic and flavor profile to its older sibling [cinnamon, clove, vanilla, tobacco, violets, black currant, and blackberry] but appears to be a bit fresher due to its relative youth.
