Tasting note
Medium ruby-purple-colored, the 2012 Pinot Noir shows a nose of mulberries, plum compote and cedar with hints of dried mint and pomegranate. Medium to full-bodied and solidly constructed in the mouth by medium level, grainy tannins, it has a refreshing acid line to cut through the muscular fruit and finishes long. Drink it now to 2018+. Under the ruby colour, the nose is intense and complex. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and fruity red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases smooth tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.
