Tasting note

Medium ruby in colour; defined aromas of blackberry, cassis and spice; the palate is dry and full in body with the same distinctive flavours detected on the nose.

Winemaker comments: Alma Mora Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark burgundy- coloured wine, well-balanced fruits and tannins, with well integrated oak gained from its contact with American and French oak barrels. Soft and rich with a subtly rounded mouthfeel. Food matches: An excellent partner to spicy red meats and ripe cheese or can be savoured on its own.
