Tasting note

Pale gold colour; intense aromas of lychee, rosewater and grapefruit; off-dry with ample acidity, medium-bodied; flavours of spice, grapefruit, rose petals and lychee notes; finishes dry with a long rose and grapefruit rind flavour.

Yellow color with rosé lights, aromatic nose of passion and few rose aromas. In mouth, attack is supple but stays fresh with fruits and floral aromas (violet and rose). Well balanced with spicy notes (pepper, ginger). Ideal with Oriental and Asian cuisine, spiced salads, blue cheeses.
