Tasting note

Black garnet color. Bright, inviting, complex aromas of melted chocolate, olive tapenade, fruit pastry, and toasted herbs with a satiny, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, involved, long vanilla custard, delicate spices, minerals, and pepper finish with chewy tannins and moderate oak.
