Tasting note

Bright, dark red. Raspberry, violet and pepper on the lively nose. A step up in density from the Cocina Tinto blend but still quite dry and savory, showing a fine-grained texture and good energy to its berry and spice flavors. Finishes with a firm dusting of tannins and very good limestone lift. There may be more to come here. Score - 89+. (Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar, Mar/April 2014)

This dry purplish red coloured wine features intense woody, empyreumatic, floral and fruity scents and offers a broad texture as well as fleshy tannins.
