As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. A blend of four grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay Aligoté, this is a typically light, creamy and frothy crémant. It has lively pear and red apple juice flavours, with great, crisp acidity that make it perfect for fresh salads.
