Tasting note

Vineyard blocks were harvested and vinified separately. Fruit was destemmed and transferred into fermentation tanks for a 7-day fermentation to retain the elegant and vibrant varietal characters. The wine undergoes a malo-lactic fermentation and then aged for 12 months in French oak to impart softness and texture. Classic Rhone style GSM.
