Classic Shiraz from Australia's most famous Shiraz producing region.Fermented in large open cement epoxy vats the cap is pushed down by hand to allow for maximum extraction vis skin contact. Once the fermentation is completed a malo lactic ferment was induced and the wine then transferred into small French oak for 12 months. Beyond the softness and texture this imparts, we believe the bouquet is enhanced contributing to a classic Austrlia Shiraz experience.
