Tasting note
Enticingly complex notions of hayloft, pie crust, binned apple and freshly baked bread. There's a crisp apple-y tartness on the palate leading to a bracing, lip-smacking finish. A nice choice for breaded fish or seafood. (VINTAGES panel, Oct. 2013)
