Argentina's most important wine-producing region, Mendoza, has seen a steady increase in both the quality and quantity of Cabernet Sauvignon. This rich and concentrated example from Susana Balbo is filled with ripe black fruits and cherries and is smooth and supple, with exceptional balance. Perfect for grilled steaks.
