Tasting note

Tropical, melon, honeysuckle and ruby grapefruit aromas and flavours with a smooth mouthfeel and body.

Inspired by the flavours of California this wine has bright, forward fruit that is balanced by a nice acid structure. Small amounts of Chenin Blanc and Viognier were added to enhance the peachy stone fruit and floral aromas. Fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve the fresh flavours and aromas, this wine has delicate aroma of citrus and orange blossom followed by tropical fruit flavours with a smooth finish.
