Tasting note

clear, pale to medium ruby colour; cherry and cranberry aromas; dry, tangy acidity and light tannin; flavours of dried berries, cherry, spice and a medium tangy finish.

From the oldest soil, that of the Valpolicella, come red grapes, particularly Corvina, that convey warmth, strength and concentration of cherries, to be savored with well structured dishes such as meat or first courses with rich sauces. Strong aromas of plum, raspberry, cherry and spices.
