Tasting note

Pale straw colour; mineral, spice, pineapple, pear, green apple aromas; light- to medium-bodied with crisp, mineral flavours; dry, zesty finish

Deep straw yellow with golden tinges. Distinct bouquet and sharpened by notes of orange blossom and fresh white fruit such as apple and pear. On the palate dry and full, pleasantly bitterish with notes of mugwort. goes well with Ideal with ham and soft cheeses; delicious with main dishes dressed with red sauces and white meats.
