Tasting note

Viñedos Emiliana is the largest organic grower in all of Chile and has been farming organically since 1998. Rich notes of blackcurrant, dark cherry, meat and woodsmoke. Ripe tannins and bright acidity offer great balance and structure. A good food Cabernet, it will be superb with burgers or steaks, but also has enough upfront freshness to be enjoyed on its own as a sipper. (VINTAGES panel, Nov. 2013)

Full, jammy, granular on the bouquet, with a ripped mouthfeel that offers rich, mildly minty flavours of blackberry, prune and cassis. Finish is tannic and full, with touches of herb, spice and oak.
