Farmed organically to provide healthy vines and wonderfully flavoured fruit. The Syrah is a brilliant crimson colour with intense, heady aromas of black cherry and wild blackberries that build on the palate to bitter-sweet, vanilla and chocolate. The tannins are velvety smooth and supple with wonderfully integrated oak and cedar spice. FOOD PAIRING: Enjoy with roasts, wild mushrooms, game, smoked meats and peppers.
