Tasting note

Chardonnay has travelled the world, but it's at its best in its true home: Burgundy. This expertly crafted version delivers yellow apple, citrus and lime zest with a kiss of oak. Enjoy with chicken in a mushroom sauce, trout with tarragon butter or turkey.

Styled to be fuller in body and structure than most of Jadot's Maconnais wines, it is partially fermented and aged in oak casks to add breadth to the ripe fruit notes. An excellent balance of medium-full fruit and acidity on the palate and a lingering finish. Perfect with hors d'oeuvres, white meats, poultry, sea fruits, grilled fish and goat cheese. It is best served chilled.
