Tasting note
More traditional than this is impossible. Full of red fruit, sundried tomato and oregano. Texture is so lithe, the finish slightly tannic. For the price, a wine that will age well and get even more interesting. Hard to beat if you want an inexpensive taste adventure. Score - 3.5 Stars (out of 5). This dry and orangey red coloured red showcases a complex nose releasing woody, empyreumatic, spicy, fruity and vegetal scents. You will be charmed with this medium-bodied wine revealing a slender texture, fleshy tannins and a medium finish.
For a change from the ripe and fruity style of barbecue wine look to this punchy red. It leans towards earthy and exotic and teams up beautifully with fresh herb marinades.
