Tasting note

Befitting of the varietal, our Cabernet expresses Old World complexity juxtaposed by Central Valleyt style ripe fruits. In the mouth, this wine yeilds a noticeable sweetness upfront from the nuance of dark fruit, chocolate and carmelized sugar, but finishes with a surprising firmness. We choice to blend a portion of Merlot and a touch of Petit Sirah to enhance the dark fruit characteristics and encourage a plush mouthfeel.
