Tasting note
Clear medium ruby colour; moderate aromas of blackberries, raspberries and spice; extra dry and medium bodied with flavours of raspberries, spices and black fruits; medium finish, ready to drink.
This dry, medium-bodied and fruity red displays a complex and medium nose. On the palate, its refreshing acidity, smooth tannins, and broad texture precede a medium finish.
Traditional ageing in oak casks of 40 to 50 hectolitres during 6 to 12 months. Open nose, powerful with notes of blackcurrant and prunes. Fresh, fruity attack with large mouth, aromas of red fruit and liquorice. Long and pleasant finish. In the mouth, this wine surprises by its smoothness at first and its powerful tannins at the end. A nice typical Grenache product with an ageing potential of 3 to 5 years.
Colour: Deep, bright ruby. Nose: Fruity and spiced bouquet evoking notes of cassis and prune. Palate: Initially fresh and full, supple and fruity with dominant notes of small black fruit and licorice. A long and pleasing finish.
As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. This easy-drinking red blend is light and fruity on the nose, with cherry, raspberry, earth and barnyard aromas and a pleasing spiciness. It has vibrant acidity on the palate, with slightly sour red fruit and spice notes and a rustic quality that suits Mediterranean cuisine.
