Tasting note

Medium ruby colour; complex array of red currant, blackberry, coffee bean, and tobacco aromas; medium bodied with balanced tannins and black fruit flavours lingering to a smoky finish.

This blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon has a delicate aroma of cherries and plums with a hint of floral and oak. The wine is mid weight with a smooth, round texture and soft tannins. Matches well with veal, poultry or pork.
