Tasting note

Deep purple ruby colour; dry, soft plumy berry character; light to medium bodied with little evidence of oak or tannin

This is a bright and intensely red Cabernet Merlot whose colour speaks of its fresh and fruity aromas. Hints of black plums combine beautifully with those of ripe berries and a touch of vanilla. The palate is soft, but full with a pleasant finish. Serve with red meats or cheese.
