Excellent depth and complexity with ripe blackberry and herbs shining in an elegant and structured frame. This is an approachable wine that over-delivers time and time again. Match with herbed roast beef cooked rare, or cellar for 2-3+ years.

The Musician is all about bright youthful fruit of ripe blackberry, black cherry and raspberry. The nose is spicy, with a palate full of delicate vanilla notes, and a lasting finish. Medium purple-crimson; in typical Musician mode, soft berry fruits, soft tannins and gentle oak all singing in harmony. Ready now, will hold. 91 points – Robert Parker
