Produced exclusively for the Canadian market, this is loaded with warm earth, black cherry and fig with a notable campfire complexity. Characterfully dense and seriously structured with plush tannins and touches of spice. Great for ribs, or veal medallions.

Distinctive on the nose, offering textbook concentrated black fruit notes, it also has that telltale herbal, spicy, tobacco character that can only be Carmenere! For a food match, try with spicy dishes such as curry coconut chicken or Mexican fare.
