Tasting note

Brilliant and pale yellow colour with green tints. Very open nose, citrus aromas and notes of grapefruit and ripe fruit. Ample, rich and fruity attack on the palate. Good acidity and aromas of ripe fruit give a great persistency.

Full and fruity with a refreshing and crisp taste of honey and tree fruit. Food Pairing: Pairs well with pasta primavera, California rolls and spot prawns.
