Tasting note

Pale lemon colour; aromas of apple, vanilla and tropical fruit; dry, good acidic core, medium-full bodied and rich; flavours of vanilla, oak, apples, caramel, pear and a crisp citrus splash; crisp green apple medium finish.

Aromas of pineapple and green apple are followed on the palate by crisp citrus flavours. Medium-bodied and refreshing, this wine has a rich mid-palate, with just a hint of toasted oak. Wellbalanced acidity gives this wine a clean, crisp mouthfeel, with a zesty, fruit-forward finish. Bright fruit flavours in this wine pair well with light seafood dishes such as halibut and seared scallops with avocados, a slightly acidic Ceviche, crispy fried calamari and slightly aged goat cheeses with macadamia nuts.
